Warranty ~ Returns ~ Refunds

  • To initiate a return, customers must submit a claim within 30 days of the purchase date and contact our customer service team to receive a return authorisation number. Products must be returned in their original condition; customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to Droppa Stoppa™. Refunds will not include shipping costs and there will be no restocking fee applied.

  • In the event that the Droppa Stoppa™ product fails due to covered defects or damage, Droppa Stoppa™, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the product. In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Droppa Stoppa™ will provide a refund for the purchase price of the product. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to Droppa Stoppa™. It is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of purchase when making a claim under this warranty, as specified in the "Limitations" section.

  • Droppa Stoppa™ is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We stand behind the Droppa Stoppa™ product and offer a lifetime warranty for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser of the product.

    This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship and any damage that occurs during normal use of the Droppa Stoppa™ product.

  • This warranty is valid worldwide. This warranty applies only to the Droppa Stoppa™ product and does not cover any other products or accessories. To claim the warranty, you need to provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service team.

    By purchasing the Droppa Stoppa™ product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this warranty. Droppa Stoppa™ reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time, with or without notice.
